• Google account data: If you connect your Google account, we access your Google email address and Google Forms API to publish quizzes on your behalf.
• Payment data: Transaction IDs and purchase status. We do not store credit card or payment details — payments are processed securely by WarriorPlus.
• API keys: If you provide your own OpenAI API key, it is stored securely and used only to process your requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the MyLesson AI service.
• To generate quizzes, lesson plans, and educational content using AI.
• To publish Google Forms on your behalf when you use the Google Forms integration.
• To send you your license key and account-related emails.
• To track your word credit usage and generation history.
• To improve the application and fix issues.

3. Google API Scopes

When you connect your Google account, MyLesson AI requests access to the following Google APIs:

• Google Forms API — to create and publish Google Forms quizzes directly to your Google account.
• Google Drive API — to manage access to Forms created on your behalf.
• Email (profile) — to identify your Google account.

We only use these permissions to perform actions you explicitly request within the app. We do not read, store, or share your existing Google Forms, Drive files, or any other Google data.

Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• OpenAI: Your content prompts are sent to OpenAI's API to generate educational content.
• Google: Your Google account is accessed via OAuth to publish Forms.
• WarriorPlus: Purchase verification is handled by WarriorPlus.
• Legal compliance: If required by law.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt encryption. We use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@timetableforme.com.

7. Cookies & Sessions

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

MyLesson AI is intended for use by teachers and educators aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
